Due to requests from our partners and the increased complexity of Matriks Automate we have introduced a Development Support Plan, designed to fit the way our partners work with us and our solutions.
When signing up as a Matriks Solution Provider, you can decide to participate in our development support plan or not.
The Support Plan allows you to customize our objects and receive Matriks support on customized Matriks objects. Partners who chose not to participate in the support plan can still sell our products and Matriks will be available to assist with customizations and installations.
